O Lord of the three realms ! Surpassing the glow of the full moon, your infinite virtues are radiating throughout the universe-even beyond the three realms; the hymns in praise of your virtues can be heard everywhere throughout the universe. Indeed, who can curb the freedom of movement of devotees of the only omnipotent like you ? (certainly no one is capable of).
हे जगदीश्वर! पूर्णमासी के चन्द्रमाँ की कलाओं (ज्योत्सना) के समान आपके अनन्त ज्ञान-दर्शन आदि निर्मल गुण तीन लोक में सर्वत्र व्याप्त हो रहे हैं, अर्थात् तीन लोक में सर्वत्र आपके गुण गाये जाते हैं।
यह ठीक ही है, भला आप जैसे विश्व के एक मात्र अधिष्ठाता प्रभु का आश्रय पाने वालों को इच्छानुसार विचरने में कौन रोक सकता है? कोई नहीं!
